Youssef started his career in the US financial markets at Paine Webber in New York in 1984, before joining Paribas Bank investment banking in Paris then Hong Kong.

Since the merger with BNP in 2000, Youssef has been working in private asset management at general management / executive committee level at BNP Paribas private banking in Geneva and Paris, Credit Agricole Indosuez in Geneva, and Saradar in Beirut.

He joined Apricus Finance in April 2024, after creating and heading Swiss Financial House in Geneva since 2019.

Youssef is involved with several NGOs in various countries.
He graduated from HEC Paris and holds both French and Lebanese nationality.
